A Love Letter to Paris

Paris has a rhythm that stays with you.

It’s in the way the city wakes up slowly — café chairs set out one by one, the quiet clink of porcelain, the smell of coffee drifting through open doors. It’s in the way people linger, even when they’re busy. How nothing feels rushed, yet everything feels intentional.

Walking through the streets, you start to notice things you might otherwise overlook. The texture of old stone. Linen curtains catching the morning light. The contrast of something ornate beside something worn and simple. Paris doesn’t try to be perfect — and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful.

That feeling has always stayed with me.

I’ve visited many cities over the years, but Paris is the one that made me think differently about design. It taught me that style isn’t about excess or trend. It’s about balance. About knowing when to add something — and when to let something breathe. It’s about creating spaces that feel personal, layered, and full of life.

When I started Lush Decor, I didn’t set out to follow rules. I was inspired by fashion first — by movement, texture, and detail. My earliest designs were influenced by couture, especially the way fabric can transform a silhouette. My first bed was designed to resemble a wedding dress, with soft ruffles and layered fabric that felt romantic but structured. I was fascinated by how something delicate could still feel strong.

That influence never left me.

Paris reflects that same duality. It’s elegant without being stiff. Romantic without being overdone. You see it in the interiors — rooms that feel collected over time, where florals sit comfortably beside clean lines, and where every detail feels chosen, not styled.

That’s the feeling behind the Paris Collection.

It isn’t about recreating a moment or a place. It’s about capturing an atmosphere. The warmth of soft light in the afternoon. The comfort of layers that invite you to linger. The way a room can feel expressive without saying too much.

The ruffles in this collection aren’t decorative — they’re intentional. They add movement. They soften the space. The florals aren’t precious; they’re grounded and timeless. The textures are meant to be touched, lived with, and enjoyed every day.

This collection reflects what I love most about Paris: its confidence, its restraint, and its ability to make beauty feel effortless.

More than anything, it’s a reminder of why I started designing in the first place — to bring a sense of fashion and feeling into the home. To create pieces that don’t just look good, but feel good to live with. To design spaces that feel warm, expressive, and personal.

The Paris Collection is a reflection of that philosophy.
A little romantic. A little timeless. And always meant to be lived in.
