You MUST contact us within 30 days of your ship date to initiate the return, or it will not be approved.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging before a credit or refund will be issued on a returned order. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your ship date. No credits or refunds will be issued if we are contacted after 30 days.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of your original ship date before shipping the new and unused items back for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping fees*.
*Clearance & Special Sale Items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. The 30 days will only be extended for pre-orders and back order situations.*
To Initiate a Return:
1. Please email email@example.com with your order number to request a refund. State the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or merchandise credit.
2. We will verify your order return qualifies (30-day policy, not a final sale item, etc.) and send you a printable pre-paid FedEx shipping label to bring to a FedEx drop-off location or to call for a FedEx Pickup. We do not mail out return labels via the post office.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping (a good estimate is around $13 for small packages like shower curtains, $14 for pillows, $13-16 for medium packages like Sherpa throws or quilts, and $17-25 for comforters and larger, multiple-item packages). The cost goes up as the size of the package, value of the contents, and distance it must travel increases. Additional return shipping charges will apply for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and international locations.
4. Once we receive your shipment, allow us 1-3 business days to refund you. NOTE: Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee* to the original method of payment. Once a credit is issued, it can take as long as 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed on our end.
*If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, we will refund you the full amount. Please contact us first for return authorization and important instructions.
1. If you ordered your item(s) from a seller other than LushDecor.com, we cannot process a refund or exchange. You must contact the store from which you made your purchase and follow their individual return policy. No exceptions.
2. If your order does not qualify for return but you send it to us anyway, you will not receive a refund or store credit. We may contact you to get the items back to you.
3. Your original shipping (standard, express, or Home Delivery) is non-refundable. If you chose to pay for expedited shipping or if your order did not qualify for free shipping, that shipping charge will not be refunded back to you, except on the rare occasion that we sent you an incorrect item.
5. If you ordered a final sale item and it arrives defective, we will replace the item upon receipt of photos showing the defect. If the item you ordered is no longer available -- and only if this is the case -- we will issue store credit only. No refunds will be given on final sale items.
