• All items must be returned in an unused condition in its original packaging before a credit or refund will be issued on a returned. All items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. No credits or refunds will be issued after 30 days.

    Return Exceptions
    Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship the new and unused product(s) back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping fees*. 

    To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with the packing slip. Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee to the original method of payment. Once a credit is issued, it can take as long as 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

    *Clearance & Special Sale Items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.*

    Initiate a Return
    1. Please email with your order id to request a refund.
    2. State the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or merchandise credit.
    3. At the end of this process you will be able to print a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to bring to a FedEx drop-off location or call for a FedEx Pickup.
    4. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping ($8.00 for small packages, $12.00 for quilts, and $18.00 for comforters and larger, multiple-item packages).
    5. Once we receive your shipment, allow us 1-3 business days to refund you the difference. NOTE: Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee to the original method of payment.
    6. If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, we will refund you the full amount. Just be sure to send us the tracking information, and mail your returned item to:
