How to Style a Bed (Video)

When it comes to your bedroom, the bed is always the focal point, so you want to make sure it always looks great.
First, always make your bed. It doesn’t have to be up to military standards, but it should be neat. Piled blankets and quilts lumped on a bed look messy and lack style.
Next, try mixing and matching fabrics, colors, patterns and styles on your bed. You can go too far with this to the point that it looks gaudy, so we recommend a patterned quilt and a solid color comforter set, or vice versa, to create a balanced look with two decorative throw pillows.
