Vacuum regularly. Do not use a beater brush. If long ends appear do not pull. Sprouting and shedding is normal in hand tufted rugs, trim any loose threads with scissors. Spot clean with a sponge. To clean full rug, gently rinse with a solution of mild detergent and water. Hose rug clean, lift off ground, and allow to dry thoroughly. The use of a rug pad under the product is recommended.
