FedEx has provided the following dates as the last date to guarantee* delivery in time for Christmas:
  • FedEx SmartPost (free/standard shipping) Thursday, December 9 (certain exceptions apply)
  • FedEx Home Delivery Wednesday, December 14
  • FedEx International Ground to Canada Monday, December 12
  • FedEx 2-Day Express Wednesday, December 21
  • FedEx Overnight Thursday, December 22

Expedited Shipping

At this time, FedEx is the only offered method of expedited shipping. Expedited options will show at checkout. Our flat rate fees for expedited shipping are as follows:
  • Two-Day: $75
  • Overnight: $100

*Natural disasters (for example, a blizzard) and similar events that cannot be controlled or predicted well in advance may add additional time to transit for your package. Please also note that orders may not be able to ship the same day they are placed. Shipping locations closer to our NJ warehouse may have more leeway for ground shipping options. Shipping Times

Estimated times of arrival for your order will depend upon which method of shipping is chosen during checkout, as well as the distance your package has to travel. Here are your options:
  • FedEx SmartPost Processing Time (1-2 Business Days) + Time in Transit (3-8 Business Days) = 4-10 Business Days. {Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 30 days}
  • FedEx Home Delivery Processing Time (1 Business Day) + Time in Transit (1-6 Business Days) = 2-7 Business Days
  • 2nd Day Processing Time (1 Business Day) + Time in Transit (2 Business Days) = 3 Business Days.
  • Overnight Processing Time (1 Business Day) + Time in Transit (1 Business Day) = 2 Business Days.

Expedited Shipping

International Shipping

If you are located in Canada, we now offer international shipping with flat rate options based on the distance and the total weight of your order. However, if you live in another area, we do have additional options for international shipping.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order ship date. Contact us at customersupport@lushdecor.com to authorize return. All items must be returned in new and unused condition in their original product packaging, and all returns are inspected before a credit or refund will be issued. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any items marked final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
